Building and Maintenance Services were responsible for the Design & Build of this project to install and re-configure the following:

  • Reconfiguration of four pipe fan coil systems – Via SAV modules LTHW & Chilled Water
  • Three 24hr Close Control DX systems N+1 configuration with auto changeover system
  • Gas Extract

  • Hot & Cold Water Services
  • Ventilation Modifications including cross talk attenuation

Building & Maintenance Services supplied and installed the above services for the 35,000 square foot offices occupied by Mazars on the 2nd & 6th Floors. The mechanical services for the recently built Tower Bridge House where modified to suit the Cat B layout created on both floors. The design included incorporating 20 client meeting rooms, a 100 seat seminar facility and an in house servery. The fast track fit out programme saw work commence in early August 07 through to the end of November 07.

The chilled/heating system was modified to suit the new layout within the floors. This included for the addition/relocation of the SAV modules on the floors to feed the 4 pipe fan coils. The 4 pipe fan coils were added/moved to suit the new layout where necessary

The ventilation was modified to accommodate the 100 seat seminar facility at the far end of the 2nd floor. Cross talk attenuation was provided to all meeting rooms to ensure noise pollution between meeting rooms was kept to minimum

Dedicated 24hr close control DX Down flow systems were incorporated into the server room suit. Two of the units provided the duty required for the server room equipment while the remaining unit, with fitted autochange facility, acts as a standby in case of breakdown.
