A fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors will gather data at the property including factors such as the size, age, construction, how it's heated, lit and insulated. The process for domestic homes follows the Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure (RDSAP) for rating a property. This data is then used to calculate and produce the Energy Performance Certificate and accompanying recommendations.
