I agree to the search terms being submitted to all 4 search engines - Google.co.uk, Yahoo.com or co.uk, MSN.co.uk, Bing.co.uk or .com and I agree to the following system for charging.
For each retrieval on the Front Page of Google of either the main domain or replica domains as a result of an agreed search term being input in the browser I agree to pay £60 per month.
For Yahoo I agree to pay £30 per month
For MSN/BING I agree to pay £20 per month.

These charges will be per month for 12 months payable in two 6 monthly tranches from the appearance of the first successful retrieval.
50% of the first year's charges will be paid in 2 x 6 month tranches in the 2nd year and
25% of the first year's charges will be paid in 2 x 6 month tranches in the 3rd year.

EXAMPLE: If your chosen term is 'florists Burton on Trent' and your web site (original or replica) is retrieved at No 2 on Google; No 4 on Yahoo and No 8 on MSN/Bing you would pay 1 x £60 and 1 x £30 and 1 x £20 = £110 per month for the 12 month period. 50% of £1,320 will be paid in the 2nd year in 6 month tranches.

25% of the first year's charges payable in the 3rd year (50% only applies to 2nd year charges).

CONJUNCTIONS: The absence where ordered or appearance where not ordered of a conjunction will not disqualify the success status. e.g: the selected search term 'removals to france' will cover 'removals france'. Equally the selected search term 'removals france' will cover 'removals to france'. Common conjunctions are but not limited to: and, to, in, of, at.

PLURALS: e.g. the selected search term 'removal to france' will cover 'removals to france'

I agree to make my web site available to Strategy Plus to optimise either on its existing server or by way of Free transfer to the server of Strategy Plus.

Following your submission of search terms and discussions, if any, between ourselves and yourselves regarding the process and the commisioning of the optimising programmer any cancellation prior to optimisation of the main domain will attract a cancellation charge of £100.

No cancellation can be entertained after optimisation has taken place.
