This is week 9 of my internship and I've been knighted. That means I may or may not have a title! This title varies from the kind of job I'm doing so I'll have two split personalities, one being Strategy Plus' very own Account Manager and the other being the SEO (kind of) specialist. As the Account Manager, I will redirect tasks coming from clients to the person that is going to deal with the request, as well as managing administrative work and accounts. As the SEO (kind of) specialist, I will deal with link building, content ideas and checking if the data online is correct (Shout out to me for starting to become important!).
Hello readers, it is officially my second month at Strategy Plus, where is my celebratory cake I wonder? This week started with a meeting and a Photoshop lesson. I now know how to airbrush the wrinkles accumulated in two months of work! I'm joking about the wrinkles, only partially about the cake.
2001This was arguably the biggest year for Strategy Plus as I gradated from University and joined the family business! Take a look at the first SP homepage I could find dated back to 2001. Unlike today's websites, this homepage had a couple of flash files with moving images. This was all pretty advanced back then and I still like the simplicity of it.
The fluffy office dog, Bear, is back and he has brought his girlfriend, Doris, with him. The office is now officially both an internet heaven and cuddle palace! As the office's intern, I have learned many things this week. The most important of all was how to multitask; pet the dogs with one hand and type with the other.
Time to time you may start to scratch your head and wonder if you are doing as well as you think you are. You think your website couldn't perform any better and you are squeezing as many sales as you can out of the current...
